Opis produktu

After the great success of the first concert variation we bring you another beautiful variation on five well-known folk songs (Kdybys měla, má panenko, sto ovec / Dobrú noc, má milá / Měla jsem chlapce / Na tý louce zelený / Už mou milou do kostela vedou) in an arrangement for intermediate pianists. The composition is suitable for piano and graduate concerts, competitions, piano recitals and of course for playing at home just for fun.

„Variations of Czech folk songs in concert arrangement for piano was originally just an improvisation. The idea of writing them down came up much later and completely by chance. In my opinion, folk music doesn’t necessarily have to be only for kids. The beauty of folk songs in various forms can be rediscovered by a beginner or by an advanced musician, because they hide endless potential."  Jaroslava Wernerova

Jaroslava Wernerová (*1987) is Czech piano teacher. She comes from Teplice, where she studied piano at the Teplice music school since she was 7 years old and after that, she continued to study piano at the Teplice conservatory. Today she works as a piano teacher at the Jirkov music school. In her free time she enjoys not only composing music, but also singing, drawing and and writing. Her first book „Konzervatoř, aneb student ve vlastní šťávě“, is about funny stories from the world of conservatory students, which were inspired by her own memories from studying at the conservatory.
