How to proceed in case of complaint

Please inform us in advance of the complaint at or contact us at +420 596 541 237 or +420 603 453 327.

If the situation so requires, we will invite you to send the claimed goods by post to our address: Blesk Market s.r.o., Ostravska 544, Petrvald, 73541.
The goods must be returned together with the tax document (invoice) or a copy thereof in an intact condition and must not show any signs of damage or wear.


After checking the claimed goods (if the complaint is accepted), we will refund the money within 14 days from the delivery of the claimed goods in the same way we received the payment from you or to your bank account.

In the case of a recognized claim you are also entitled to a postage payment. Send your account number and a copy or photo of the delivery note from Czech Post to Shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Goods replacement

If you want to replace the goods, be sure to specify in the package for which goods you want to replace it. These goods must be at the same or higher price than the one returned. You will pay the price difference in the form of cash on delivery.

When replacing damaged or otherwise defective goods, we always pay the shipment. Complaints do not apply to wear associated with normal use. You can claim all order or just part of it.

Are you not satisfied with the goods you have purchased?

You can return it undamaged and unused within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

How to proceed when returning goods

Step 2. Please return the goods to their original condition. The goods must be returned complete and show no signs of wear or damage. You as the buyer bear the cost of returning the goods.

Step 3. Send the goods to our address: Blesk Market s.r.o., Ostravska 544, Petrvald, 73541.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after delivery of the returned goods, in the same way that we received your payment or to your bank account. The amount will be reduced by shipping costs.


If the returned goods are damaged by a violation of the buyer's obligations, we are entitled to claim a refund for the diminution of the value of the goods and to set off the amount for the refunded amount.
