Lucien Thévet (1914-2007) was a French horn player and teacher. In addition to orchestral playing (he was principal horn of the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra and the Paris Opera Orchestra), he played all the major solo repertoire. His style included vibrato, which was typical of the French horn school. He taught at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris and at the Conservatoire de Versailles.
