Sto zvířat is a Czech band that was founded in 1990 and pioneered the then almost unknown genres of ska and rocksteady, later supplemented by reggae or swing. In the post-revolutionary era, which favoured more underground bands, they came up with cheerful melodies, dance rhythms and lyrics by Tomáš Belk. The band is nine members strong and has played more than 2,400 concerts in the Czech Republic, the United States, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Slovakia. By 2020, it has released 15 albums and participated in many different compilations.
