A cycle of 20 guitar pieces written by composer Vítězslav Štefl for early intermediate guitarists. The sheet music is arranged as a melody line and tablature, and all pieces are accompanied by QR codes with demo recordings.
Vítězslav Štefl (*1960) is a Czech guitarist, composer, musicologist and high school and university teacher. He is the co-founder, guitarist and singer of the hard rock band Stará škola, which was founded in 1983 and is still active (2022), and has also guested in other musical ensembles. He is the author of the guitar method books Rock Guitar I-III, the encyclopedias "33+333 World Guitar Greats" and "15+3 World Guitarists", and the novel "One Day, Rockstory". He is a long-time contributor to the journal Muzikus, publishes articles on music also in scientific journals and participates in music-focused scientific conferences. For his artistic, publishing and pedagogical activities he has been awarded the Prize of the Governor of the Ústí nad Labem Region.
