Product description

Moravian duets were originally destined for domestic use. Young Antonin Dvorak received a scholarship thank to this piece of work and it enabled him to eneter the world of music. Shortly after being published, Leos Janacek arranged six duets for four-part mixed ensemble. He used Dvorak´s piano accompaniement and thanks to his arrangement he extended ensemble´s repertoire of six incredible pieces of work!

Antonín Leopold Dvořák (1841-1904) was a Czech composer. He is one of the most important Czech composers and is the best known and most performed Czech composer in the world. Dvořák's symphonic and concert works are traditionally part of the repertoire of major orchestras around the world.
