Jan Kapr (1914 - 1988) - czech musical composer and director, columnist and editor. As a composer he got inspired by late romanticism and his compositions got many national and international prizes. He is also an author of many compositions for film and radio. This book presents interesting, not too difficult but very exceptional compositions.
