The Little Night Music is the most popular Mozart's serenade that was composed in a hurry for come night festivities in 1787. Originally composed for a string quintet this book offers an amazing serenade in the arrangement for a flute or violin with a piano accompaniment. There is a separate piano part and a separate part for a solo instrument.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) was an Austrian composer and piano virtuoso. He is recognized as a genius musician and phenomenal composer who composed both secular and sacred works. He was a child prodigy and from his childhood he gave concerts all over Europe. Among his most famous works are the operas The Marriage of Figaro and Don Giovanni, as well as the composition A Little Night Music and his last and unfinished funeral mass, Requiem in D minor (KV 626)
