Milan Zelenka (* 1939) is a Czech concert guitarist and professor at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He studied guitar at the Prague Conservatory. He has given concerts in many countries not only in Europe and Asia, but also in Japan and the USA. In the Czech Republic he opened the way for classical guitar to the concert stages with his sold-out concerts. As a teacher, he has educated a number of young guitarists, and in addition to his teaching work, he also conducts master classes abroad and is invited to serve on the juries of major world guitar competitions. Recently he has also been intensively involved in composition.
