Miroslav Kemel (*1963) is a Czech cartoonist and songwriter. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University. He makes cartoons for a living. His first joke was published in the daily newspaper Práce in 1987, in 1989 he published in Dikobraz, and since 1991 he has been making cartoons for a living. He also performs as a songwriter, accompanying himself on accordion, guitar, ukulele and mouth organ. He plays either alone or with a band; actor Vladimír Javorský (ukulele, saxophone, percussion, vocals) is a frequent guest of the band or in a duo.
