Aznavour, Charles

Charles Aznavour (1924 - 2018) was a French chansonnier of Armenian descent. He was a singer, songwriter, lyricist, actor, diplomat and businessman. His career spanning over 70 years, he recorded over 1,200 songs in 9 languages, played or performed in 60 films, composed over 1,000 songs and sold more than 100 million records. He is one of the most successful and famous French artists.
