This songbook brings you ten songs written for children by composer Petr Zapletal to the lyrics of Lenka Jakešová. The songs are written for children's choir or solo singing with piano accompaniment. At the end of the songbook, there are also separate lyrics of all songs with easy-to-read lyrics. The songbook are include a link that lets you download demos of the songs and only piano accompaniments too. The recordings were made from the notation program in which the songs were written.
All songs are in Czech language.

Petr Zapletal (* 1965) is a Czech composer, arranger and music teacher. He studied composition at the Brno Conservatory and, in addition to composing music, he is also teaching play the recorder at the music and art school in Brno. Petr Zapletal is using in his compositions elements of classical music, especially the Baroque period, but also jazz, rock and pop.

Lenka Jakešová (*1966) is a Czech author of many beautiful poems and fairy tales for children. She graduated from the High Pedagogical School and after graduation worked as a teacher in a kindergarten, where she led the Vlaštovky choir for many years. Currently she helps in the Mateřídouška kindergarten centre in Hejnice, where she plays and sings for mothers and their little ones.
