Jezek, Jaroslav (1906 – 1942) – Czech composer, pianist and conductor who is considered to be Czech Gershwin and who is also known as „The Third“ in Voskovec & Werich duo, or the author of most of the well-known and excellent evergreens from Osvobozene Divadlo that are still played today. Jaroslav Ježek (1906-1942) was a Czech composer, pianist, improviser and conductor, author of dance, theatre, film and classical music. He is considered a pioneer of jazz music in Czechoslovakia. He is known as the "third" in the author duo Voskovec and Werich, and the author of most of the well-known and still popular songs of the their Osvobozene divadlo theatre.
Radim Linhart (*1963) is a Czech composer, pianist, arranger and pedagogue. As a pianist he performs with many leading orchestras and groups and accompanies many leading personalities of the Czech music scene. As a composer, he is mainly active in the field of musical composition, has written more than ten children's musicals and has also written a large amount of music for theatre, television and film. As an arranger, he focuses in arrangements of popular music for a wide variety of ensembles, from solo pieces to arrangements for large orchestras. He has his own recording studio. In 2004 he broke the world record as the pianist with the largest repertoire in the world - he could play more than 3200 pieces by heart.
