Product description

Adapted from Frederic Chopin's Prelude, Opus 28 No. 20, this unique creation makes classic piano repertoire accessible to the voices of singers for the very first time. Keeping the original melody and harmonic structures intact, Michael has skillfully created a most beautiful and prestigious concert work. Use it in a variety of programming situations, or as an inspiring choral warm-up!

Fryderyk Chopin (1810-1849) was a Polish composer and piano virtuoso of French-Polish origin. He is considered one of the greatest masters of Romantic music. He wrote his works primarily for solo piano and all his other compositions also contain a piano part. His major piano works include mazurkas, waltzes, nocturnes, polonaises, instrumental ballads, etudes, preludes and sonatas. He also wrote two piano concertos, several chamber works and several songs on Polish texts. Some of his compositions were published posthumously.
