Divertimento No.6 was first published together with the five divertimenti KV 439b by Simrock in 1813. The composition is arranged for two clarinets and bassoon and consists of five arias by Mozart from the operas The Marriage of Figaro KV 492 (including Rondò KV 577) and Don Giovanni KV 527.
The publication contains the score including separately inserted parts for the individual instruments.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) was an Austrian composer and piano virtuoso. He is recognized as a genius musician and phenomenal composer who composed both secular and sacred works. He was a child prodigy and from his childhood he gave concerts all over Europe. Among his most famous works are the operas The Marriage of Figaro and Don Giovanni, as well as the composition A Little Night Music and his last and unfinished funeral mass, Requiem in D minor (KV 626)
