Zdeněk FIBICH (1850-1900) was a Czech composer. Together with Bedřich Smetana and Antonín Dvořák, they form a trio of Czech composers of the second half of the 19th century, whose significance goes beyond the framework of Czech culture. Fibich is a typical representative of musical romanticism, a master of musical miniature and a monumental large frescoes too.
