The Fantasia on the Symphonic Poem "Vyšehrad" by Bedřich Smetana was completed on 9th May 1886. In this composition, Klička created a remarkable organ analogy of Bedřich Smetana's famous symphonic poem from the "My Country" cycle. This is not a free composition, as may seem to be the case from the name, but it also does not involve a strict transcription. Klička kept some parts of Smetana's work, shortened others or joined them together in a different order. He also created several new connecting sections and composed his own fugue.
